We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Visa Supervisor to lead our visa processing team and ensure smooth, accurate, and compliant handling of visa applications. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of visa documentation, and a passion for delivering excellent client service in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the visa processing team
• Review visa applications for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Ensure adherence to embassy and immigration requirements
• Handle escalations and resolve complex visa-related concerns
• Train, mentor, and support team members
• Monitor team productivity and implement process improvements
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and travel partners
• Maintain high standards of service quality and turnaround time

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in visa processing or the travel industry
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong understanding of visa procedures and documentation requirements
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
