The HR Manager serves as a comprehensive HR resource for all commissary employees, delivering people-centered solutions that drive business goals and support sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workforce Planning: Assists in manpower planning by reviewing staffing needs, identifying talent gaps, and cultivating relationships with external recruitment sources.
  • Performance & Competency Management: Connects team-level goals to broader organizational objectives, oversees competency frameworks, and coordinates employee competency evaluations.
  • Recruitment & Selection: Manages candidate profiling, assessments, and interviews, and facilitates smooth onboarding in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Learning & Development: Spearheads the planning and execution of employee development initiatives, ensures compliance with training standards and documentation requirements, and maintains accurate training records in partnership with Corporate HR and external providers.
  • Job Evaluation & Policy Guidance: Performs preliminary job evaluations and works with Corporate C&B for proper implementation, while offering clarification on compensation and benefits policies.
  • Compensation & Benefits Administration: Facilitates employee benefit processing and resolves payroll and benefits-related issues to ensure seamless operations.
  • Employee & Labor Relations: Develops employee engagement, wellness, and CSR initiatives; handles disciplinary proceedings and investigations; and maintains labor law compliance through coordination with government agencies.
  • HR Budget & Compliance: Monitors HR budget utilization in line with KRAs and upholds adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4–5 years of HR business partnering experience
  • Background in a multinational or large-scale manufacturing environment is required
  • Proven track record in recruitment and talent management improvement
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching and training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Must be based in or have close ties to Danao City, Cebu or surrounding municipalities
