Position Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and commercially strong Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth and business expansion for a fast-growing Payroll and HRMS solutions company.
The ideal candidate is a strong B2B sales hunter with proven success in achieving aggressive sales targets, building executive-level client relationships, and expanding market presence within the Philippine corporate landscape.
This role requires someone with strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, active industry connections, and the ability to represent the company confidently in high-level meetings, networking events, and business organizations.
The position will play a key role in driving strategic partnerships, expanding client acquisition, and strengthening the company’s visibility in the Payroll, HRIS, and HR Technology space.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Drive end-to-end business development initiatives to generate new clients and revenue opportunities.
- Identify, target, and acquire enterprise and mid-market accounts across key industries.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, industry connections, and strategic prospecting.
- Present Payroll, HRIS, and HRMS solutions to C-level executives, HR leaders, and decision-makers.
- Lead contract negotiations, proposal development, pricing discussions, and deal closures.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Leadership & Market Expansion
- Strengthen the company’s market visibility and business presence within the local HR Technology and SaaS industry.
- Build strategic partnerships and maintain active participation in business organizations, associations, and industry networks.
- Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer insights to support business growth.
- Collaborate closely with implementation, operations, and leadership teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Support the CEO and executive team in strategic growth initiatives and key client engagements.
Client Relationship Management
- Establish strong relationships with HR leaders, business owners, and corporate decision-makers.
- Maintain high-level client engagement and ensure long-term partnership growth.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their payroll, HR, and operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Human Resources, IT, or related field.

Proven experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management within:
- Payroll Systems
- HRIS / HRMS
- SaaS
- HR Technology
- BPO
- Telco
- Outsourcing Services
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Must be able to clearly present previous sales performance metrics, annual targets achieved, and business growth contributions.
- Extensive local market experience is highly preferred; strong Philippine corporate network is an advantage.
- Active industry connections, memberships, or participation in business organizations and associations is highly preferred.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong executive presence with confidence in handling high-level client engagements.
- Fluent in English and Filipino with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly energetic, proactive, relationship-driven, and results-oriented.
- Willing to attend face-to-face meetings, networking events, and client presentations.
