Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for industrial generator sales and provide market and technical support to distributors and dealers within the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, and distributors.
  • Advise stakeholders on competitive market insights, industry trends, and customer preferences.
  • Define goals and set direction for distributors and dealers in designated locations.
  • Provide technical and marketing support to distributors to enhance product positioning and performance.
  • Analyze sales and market data, providing senior management with relevant insights for decision-making.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments, suppliers, contractors, and consultants as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering with at least 8 years of sales experience in power generation, or a Bachelors degree with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • High level of self-motivation and performance orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team settings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Proven track record in sales with a customer-focused, resourceful approach.
