The Total Rewards Assistant Manager will support the HR Head in managing and executing compensation and benefits strategies. This role focuses on salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and the overall strategic analysis of the companys Total Rewards program. The ideal candidate will use data analytics to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent while staying aligned with industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compensation and Benefits Strategy: Assist in the design and execution of the companys compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market competitiveness.
- Salary Benchmarking & Evaluation: Conduct regular salary benchmarking to assess the competitiveness of employee compensation, performing job evaluations and making recommendations for salary adjustments as necessary.
- Job Descriptions: Collaborate with department heads to create and update job descriptions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with role expectations.
- Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics to provide insights and recommendations on compensation, benefits, and overall rewards programs, ensuring decisions are data-driven and strategically aligned.
- Total Rewards Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of the Total Rewards program, making recommendations to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Trends & Best Practices: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to compensation and benefits, applying this knowledge to enhance the company's Total Rewards strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with salary benchmarking tools and compensation surveys.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with HR teams and department heads.
