Qualifications:

  • With 2-5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in similar industry
  • Experienced in handling piping systems or related to any building materials
  • Skilled in business presentation, business development, client acquisition, and lead generation
  • Knowledgeable and with wide network of construction firms, project developers or managers, architectural firms
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication skills
  • With drivers license
  • Willing to travel locally and internationally if needed

Responsibilities:

  • Grow project business through direct specifications with owners or designers and working closely with dealers
  • Active management of CRM Project Pipeline to ensure maximum market coverage, specifications, and win rate
  • Develop strategic relationship with Keep Developer Accounts to ensure high specification rate and bulk purchases
  • Provide dealers with good situations and technical support in order to secure projects
  • Form alliances with partners to tap into their network and develop competitive packages
  • Update knowledge on general market trends, prices, and competitor activities
  • New Product Launch Promote new products and upsell SuperTube
  • New Market Segment Research on clients requirements and competitors products and prices
  • Diligently visit dealers, developers, architects, designers regularly to maintain good relationship and find new sales opportunities
  • Support marketing events and activities
  • Effective use of CRM to manage customer accounts and time allocation
  • Coordinate with regional HQ and Design Hub to ensure all design proposals are met
