Qualifications:

  • With bachelors degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
  • With at least 2 years of experience in brand and/or account management in the ecommerce
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Proficient in gathering, tracking, and analyzing substantial amounts of data.
  • Possesses a strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Able to collaborate and foster good relationships both internally and externally
  • Knowledgeable in industry trends and able to understand consumer behaviors

Responsibilities:

  • Foster and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders such as brands and marketplace platforms to attain business objectives in enhancing the online presence of the brand.
  • Negotiate and spearhead the annual contracts with ecommerce partners.
  • Strategizing plans, KPIs, and objectives that need to be achieved for each ecommerce partner.
  • Develop and implement Go-to-Market strategies in collaborating with internal departments such as marketing, operations, and customer service.
  • Understand and discover new emerging e-commerce trends and opportunities to attain business growth and implement action plans.
  • Preparing and conducting product proposals to existing and target ecommerce partners.
  • Evaluate and interpret brand performance and consumer behavior to assess the strengths, weaknesses and business opportunities.
  • Maintain constant communication with clients to understand their needs
  • Regular communication with clients to understand their needs and value propositions.
  • Maintain accurate records regarding inventory and account details.
  • Ensure smooth operations of the brand portfolio, including accurate forecasting and fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Act as the liaison or primary contact for brands and marketplace platforms, overseeing daily operations, and coordinating closely with internal teams.
  • Identify industry trends and analyze competitive insights in the market.
  • Advocate for clients focusing on enhancing the customer and brand experiences.
  • Foster good client relationships based on trust and respect.

Hybrid Setup: Monday - Thursday onsite | Friday WFH.
