Shift pattern: Mid-shift – 4pm MNL to 1am MNL
Working Model: Hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

What you will be doing
This is a varied and highly visible role within our Finance team, where you'll play a key part in delivering statutory, regulatory and tax reporting across the business. Working closely with senior stakeholders, auditors and colleagues across multiple functions, you will help ensure accurate reporting, strong financial controls and continuous improvement of our processes. This role offers the opportunity to combine technical accounting expertise with business partnering, reporting and project work.
- Prepare statutory accounts for UK entities.
- Support the production of regulatory reporting and submissions.
- Assist with tax analysis and the preparation of information required for tax computations.
- Liaise with external auditors and coordinate audit requests.
- Partner with Corporate Directors and senior stakeholders across the business.
- Support month-end activities, including testing and validation of key estimates and judgements.
- Contribute to risk management reporting and financial control activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls and reporting efficiency.
- Act as a key reporting contact for the Manila office.
- Analyse, interpret and present financial data to support business decision-making.
- Present findings, recommendations and reporting outcomes clearly and confidently to stakeholders at all levels, including Executive and Director-level audiences.
- Support strategic projects and wider Finance team initiatives as required.
- Qualified accountant, finalist, or qualified by experience (QBE) candidates will be considered, provided relevant experience can be demonstrated.
What we are looking for
We're looking for an experienced accounting professional who combines strong technical expertise with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. You'll be confident working with complex financial information, translating data into meaningful insights, and presenting your findings clearly and credibly to audiences at all levels. This role requires someone who can take ownership, influence decision-making, and articulate technical concepts, processes and reporting outcomes in a way that builds confidence with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Confidence presenting information, recommendations and reporting outcomes to senior stakeholders, including Executive and Director-level audiences.
- Demonstrable experience preparing statutory accounts, including IFRS-based reporting.
- Qualified, part-qualified, or qualified by experience accountant with relevant accounting and financial reporting expertise.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting principles, controls and governance requirements.
- Proven ability to analyse, interpret and present financial data in a clear and meaningful way.
- Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to work with complex datasets and financial models.
- Ability to clearly explain technical accounting concepts and articulate processes, methodologies and findings to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence across the business.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong ownership, attention to detail and a focus on delivery.
- Experience within regulatory reporting, tax, financial control or external audit environments would be advantageous.
- A continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities to enhance processes, controls and reporting efficiency.
