We operate a hybrid working model, with a split of days being in the office and days being worked at home. Pepper Money has three offices across the UK and one office in Manila, where this role will be based.
What you will be doing
- Administrative & Office Support: Provide high-level assistance to management, handle communications, maintain office cleanliness, manage deliveries, and support HR and travel arrangements.
- Financial & Budgeting Assistance: Help prepare budgets and expense reports, track petty cash and advances, and ensure financial records are accurate and compliant.
- Supply & Facilities Management: Coordinate supplier quotes, manage inventory and office supplies, oversee repairs and maintenance, and liaise with building management.
- Third-Party & Event Coordination: Assist with vendor relations, visitor management, and organize company events including meetings and catering.
- Compliance, Safety & Other Duties: Support permit processing, promote workplace safety, uphold risk and governance standards, and contribute to company culture, leadership, and team performance.
What we are looking for
- At least 6 months of experience in office or facilities administration.
- Strong time-management, ability to prioritize tasks, and work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), good IT and typing skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication, personable, and able to manage relationships effectively.
- Able to handle high-pressure situations, solve problems efficiently, and stay resilient.
