About the job Completions Specialist
Location: BGC, Taguig
Shift pattern: Mid-shift – 4pm MNL to 1am MNL
Working Model: Hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

We operate a hybrid working model, with a split of days being in the office and days being worked at home. Pepper Money has three offices across the UK and one office in Manila, where this role will be based.
What you will be doing
- Meet agreed SLA's and KPI's for the post offer element of mortgage applications, assessing all relevant supporting documentation
- Meet and manage broker / packager / internal sales expectations effectively
- Ensure that any outstanding conditions of the mortgage offer are collected and met
- Check and process certificates of title within specified process procedures and criteria
- Ensure all decisions are made within regulatory standards, aligned with business needs and deliver to the lending risk strategy
- Build rapport with Brokers, valuers, solicitors and internal teams to ensure best outcomes are achieved
- Deal with solicitor queries effectively, referring to experts where necessary to ensure risk is assessed properly and lending decisions remain within lending guidelines and has appropriate sign-offs
- Prepare cases for funds release
- Manage and maintain the solicitor panel
What we are looking for
- Strong customer service background with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Previous administrative experience within a financial services, banking, mortgage, or similar regulated environment.
- Experience handling customer interactions over the phone and confidence managing inbound and outbound calls as part of day-to-day responsibilities.
- International banking, financial services, or related experience would be advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide a positive customer experience.
- Demonstrates a proactive, hardworking, and flexible approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proactivity, flexibility, initiative, and a strong work ethic.
