We operate a hybrid working model, with a split of days being in the office and days being worked from home. Pepper Money has three offices across the UK and one office in Manila, where this role will be based. 

What you will be doing

As a Treasury Private Financing Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting Pepper Money's private financing activities, helping to ensure the effective management and oversight of a range of funding facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring facilities operate in line with legal documentation, maintaining sufficient liquidity to support lending activities, and contributing to the optimisation of funding efficiency. 

You will support the day-to-day operational management of warehouse funding facilities, working capital loans, forward flow arrangements and securitisation funding structures. The role will also involve producing accurate reporting, monitoring portfolio performance and covenants, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth funding operations. 

What we are looking for

We're looking for an analytical and detail-driven individual with strong organisational skills and excellent stakeholder communication. You'll be confident working with financial data, managing funding and reporting activities, and supporting private financing operations while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. You will bring strong technical capability, a proactive mindset, and a desire to continuously develop your treasury and funding expertise. 

Skills, Knowledge & Experience


  • Experience in Treasury, Private Financing, Structured Finance, Banking, Lending, or a related financial services environment.
  • Understanding of private financing structures, including warehouse funding, forward flows, securitisation, and working capital loans.
  • Experience supporting cash flow forecasting, funding requirements, and liquidity management.
  • Knowledge of financing facility documentation and portfolio covenants.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on reporting accuracy and data integrity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and a logical approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
  • Experience preparing operational and portfolio reporting.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and automation.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and team-oriented approach to work.
  • Basic accounting knowledge would be beneficial.
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
