Commercial Data Analyst

Location: BGC, Taguig
Shift pattern: Mid-shift 4pm MNL to 1am MNL
Working Model: Hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

We operate a hybrid working model, with a split of days being in the office and days being worked at home. Pepper Money has three offices across the UK and one office in Manila, where this role will be based.

What you will be doing

As the Commercial Data Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting the commercial team by building and managing curated data layers using Microsoft and developing a suite of reports and dashboards in Power BI. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll deliver reporting and management information that informs performance and helps guide decision making across the commercial function.

Your day to day will include producing daily, weekly, and monthly reporting packs, creating insightful product performance dashboards, and maintaining key datasets. You'll gather and manipulate data from various internal sources, turning complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that support business outcomes.

You'll also be responsible for designing and deploying analytical models and tools that help the commercial team make faster, accurate decisions. This will involve close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure solutions are fit for purpose, accessible, and aligned with team objectives. You'll continuously monitor, improve, and document your work to ensure sustainability and compliance with relevant standards.

What we are looking for

You should enjoy working collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders and be comfortable translating complex data into meaningful insights that inform commercial decisions. A love for data, strong communication skills, and a logical mindset are essential.

You'll need to be someone who can work independently, balance multiple tasks, and stay focused on delivering results, especially to tight deadlines. We're keen to find someone who brings not just strong technical skills, but also the drive to make an impact on the business.

• Proficient in SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel
• Strong data manipulation and analysis skills
• Experience building dashboards and reporting tools
• Capable of producing high quality management information
• Able to assess data integrity and apply analytical techniques effectively
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Highly collaborative, with the ability to adapt your style to influence and support teams
• Results driven and detail focused
