Shift pattern: Mid-shift – 4pm MNL to 1am MNL
Working Model: Hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

We operate a hybrid working model, with a split of days being in the office and days being worked at home. Pepper Money has three offices across the UK and one office in Manila, where this role will be based.
What you will be doing
As an EUC Engineer Team Lead, you will be supporting, leading and managing an EUC Engineering team to provide high-quality technical support to end users across the business, ensuring that hardware, software, and workplace technologies are running efficiently.
You will be helping troubleshoot issues, support IT projects, and deliver excellent customer service in line with our SLA, but more importantly help to develop and lead the EUC Engineers to do the same. You will be supporting the Director of IT Ops and CIO to deliver the business
What we are looking for
We are looking for an experienced Service desk Engineer or Analyst that wants to make the transition to make the transition to a Lead Role, and take on the responsibility of a team.
Youll guide and support a small but impactful EUC Team who will report directly into you for workload supervision, ensuring they grow, develop and deliver highquality outputs. Youll also drive continuous improvement across our cyber capabilities and maintain a strong security posture across the business.
In addition, we expect a positive attitude to service delivery take pride in providing service to the wider business.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Significant recent experience in an EUC, IT Support, or Service Desk role.
- Experience supporting a hybrid or remote workforce.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and working in an ITSM framework.
- Familiarity with regulated industries (finance, banking, insurance) is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-line technical support to end users via phone, email, and remote tools.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
- Support the setup, configuration, and deployment of hardware using tools such asIntuneandAutopilot.
- Manage and maintain end-user applications including Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Handle incidents and service requests inManageEngine ServiceDesk Plusor similar ITSM tools.
- Perform software installations, updates, and patching in line with security and compliance requirements.
- Support video conferencing, meeting room technology, and collaboration tools.
- Maintain asset records and ensure equipment is tracked and compliant with IT policies.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Document solutions, processes, and troubleshooting guides for the IT knowledge base.
