Job Description: Audit Division Head
Position Summary:
The Audit Division Head is responsible for leading the internal audit function, ensuring the integrity of the organization's financial and operational processes. This role involves developing and implementing audit strategies, evaluating risk management practices, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance compliance, efficiency, and organizational value.
Salary Range: 150,000 - 250,000
Location: Makati City
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Morning Shift (8 hours)
Hybrid - 4 days on site, 1 day WFH
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit Planning and Execution
- Develop and oversee the execution of the organizations annual audit plan.
- Ensure audits are conducted in compliance with regulatory standards, industry practices, and organizational policies.
- Perform risk-based auditing to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation
- Assess the organizations risk management practices and internal controls.
- Recommend strategies to mitigate identified risks and enhance internal processes.
- Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure the organization complies with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies during audits and inspections.
- Reporting and Recommendations
- Prepare and present comprehensive audit reports to senior management and the Board of Directors.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve processes, systems, and internal controls.
- Team Leadership and Development
- Lead and mentor the internal audit team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Assign responsibilities, review work, and provide feedback to enhance team capabilities.
- Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in auditing.

Range: up to 250,000

Position Summary:
The Treasury Division Head is responsible for overseeing the banks front-office treasury operations. This role focuses on liquidity management, funding/capital management, investment optimization, and interest rate management to ensure the banks financial stability and profitability. The successful candidate must have extensive front-office experience and possess strong strategic and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liquidity Management
- Ensure the bank meets short-term obligations by managing daily cash flow and liquidity levels.
- Optimize the banks balance sheet to maintain adequate reserves while minimizing idle funds.
- Funding and Capital Management
- Develop and implement strategies to manage funding sources, including deposits, credit lines, bonds, and capital infusion.
- Optimize the cost of funds by negotiating favorable terms and maintaining a diversified funding portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal capital adequacy requirements.
- Investment Management
- Strategically manage excess funds to generate optimal returns while adhering to the banks risk appetite and investment policies.
- Monitor market trends and recommend investments to align with the bank's financial goals.
- Interest Rate Management
- Design and execute hedging strategies to manage the banks interest rate exposure.
- Ensure proper pricing of deposits and loans to balance profitability and competitiveness.
- Compliance and Risk Management
- Collaborate with the Risk Division to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Coordinate with Accounting for the settlement of treasury transactions, maintaining separation of duties for checks and balances.
- Strategic Advisory
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on market trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Support decision-making on loan and deposit pricing strategies based on market conditions and the banks financial goals.
- Other Responsibilities
- Support the bank's foreign exchange and trading activities, if applicable, while ensuring these remain secondary to core treasury functions.
- Develop and mentor the treasury team to build expertise in front-office functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
- Extensive experience in front-office treasury functions, including liquidity, funding, and investment management.
- Deep understanding of interest rate management and hedging strategies.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a focus on optimizing profitability and compliance.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience in trading and foreign exchange is a plus but not required.
