JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a Receptionist - Workplace Ambassador to support daily operations and ensure excellent workplace experience for employees. This role is ideal for someone with a hospitality background, preferably from a hotel or BPO environment, who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced settings and understands the demands of shifting schedules.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Act as the primary point of contact for workplace-related concerns

Assist in managing facilities, meeting rooms, and common areas

Greet and assist employees, guests, and vendors professionally

Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth office operations

Support events, onboarding activities, and employee engagement initiatives

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of workspaces

Address inquiries and troubleshoot basic workplace concerns promptly
QUALIFICATIONS:
Years of experience in customer service or front-desk operations

Preferably from the hotel industry (open to BPO or similar backgrounds)

Comfortable with rotating shifts and extended hours if needed

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented, organized, and a team player

Excellent problem-solving and multitasking ability
