Key Responsibilities:

Cruise Booking & Coordination

• Assist clients with researching, selecting, and reserving cruise vacations
• Coordinate accommodations, onboard experiences, excursions, and transportation
• Manage booking modifications and ensure all details are accurate and up to date

Customer Service & Support

• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or messaging platforms
• Provide detailed travel information, including cruise packages, itineraries, and promotions
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by anticipating needs and addressing concerns

Documentation & Communication

• Maintain accurate records of client bookings and preferences
• Send confirmations, cruise itineraries, and important updates in a timely manner
• Collaborate with cruise lines and suppliers to ensure seamless reservation processes
