Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, goals, and preferences
• Develop personalized itineraries, including transportation, accommodations, and activities
• Research destinations, experiences, and vendors to provide the best options for clients
• Confirm and manage all travel bookings, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction
• Stay current on travel trends, safety regulations, and special promotions
• Use company-provided tools, including a booking platform and client management system, to assist in day-to-day tasks
• Maintain regular communication with clients before, during, and after their trips

Qualifications

• Strong passion for travel and helping others plan memorable experiences
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency with computers, online research, and CRM tools
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Reliable internet connection and a personal computer (laptop or desktop)
• No prior experience is necessary
