• Manage client bookings and maintain accurate records of preferences and requirements

• Stay current on destination wedding trends, resort offerings, and travel guidelines

• Utilize provided marketing tools to engage prospective clients and grow client base

• Deliver exceptional service from initial consultation through post-event follow-up

Qualifications

• Passion for weddings, travel, and customer service

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Comfortable using online platforms, including CRM systems and booking software

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer (laptop or desktop)

• No prior travel industry experience is required.
