Account Executive
Job Description:
Our client, a leading full-service implementer of cutting-edge learning spaces, is seeking an Account Executive / Business Developer to join their growing team. In business for over 40 years, our client is one of the most respected partners in the K-12 space.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in sales operations, business development and/or account management.
- Interior Design, Contract Furniture or Furniture Distribution/Manufacturing industry experience required.
- A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
- Proven track record of creating and maintaining client relationships

Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify opportunities for market expansion and business growth.
- Deliver product benefit proposals and presentations
- Present solutions to deliver against sales metrics and KPIs.
- Research and develop new business and long-term account opportunities through prospecting and cold calling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software
- Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve them
- Strong communication skills and understanding of the sales process
