Retail Manager

Position description:

Manage processes in the design room, processing and cooler.

Oversee production of the most elegant designs with efficiency while controlling COG,

labor, etc

Make sure clients needs are met.

Oversee the locations sales.

This position will be the Lead in the sense they are the main point of contact for clients,

and may lead efforts for larger projects.

Challenges for the position:

Keeping everyone on task while increasing productivity and profitability

Requirements:

Experience in the fresh cut flower industry

Design and management experience

The candidate must possess strong leadership skills, be result driven, excellent time

management skills, strong organizational skills, entrepreneurial spirit

At least 2 years of design experience and 1 year of management
