Retail Manager

Position Overview:

• Manage processes in the design room, processing, and cooler.
• Oversee production of the most elegant designs with efficiency while controlling COG, labor, etc.
• Ensure that clients needs are met.
• Oversee the locations sales.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and lead efforts on larger projects.

Challenges:

• Keeping the team on task while increasing productivity and profitability.

Requirements:

• Experience in the fresh cut flower industry.
• Background in design and management.
• Strong leadership skills, result-driven approach, excellent time management, strong organizational skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• At least 2 years of design experience and 1 year of management experience.
