About the Role
Were seeking a Sales Manager to take ownership of closing high-value deals and opening new markets in Europe and beyond (North America, APAC, etc).
This is one of the company's most critical commercial hires: you' ll move sales off the founders plates, bring structure to the sales process, optimise it, and directly drive revenue growth.

You’re not just “running accounts.” You’ll be building the playbook for selling deepfake detection globally, balancing government and enterprise customers, and turning strong inbound interest into long-term partnerships.
- Close Big Deals: Manage 50K+ contracts with government, defense, and enterprise clients.
- Open New Markets: Build trust and pipelines in Europe’s hardest-to-crack sectors (law enforcement, intelligence, defense and financial compliance).
- Process Builder: Improve sales operations, from pipeline hygiene to reporting.
- Founder Seat at the Table: Work directly with the Commercial Co-Founder, and CEO (PhD in ML)
Your Impact
- Convert strong inbound leads into revenue - from trial to signed contract.
- Expand into untapped markets, unlocking government and enterprise deals.
- Shorten long sales cycles by building structure, rigour, and process.
- Represent the company with credibility at high-stakes meetings, conferences, and industry events.
- Lay the foundations of a repeatable sales function that scales with the team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Pipeline & Revenue Ownership
Take qualified inbound and SDR-sourced leads from trial to close.
Manage a quota of high-value deals (50K+).
Re-engage a large database of past leads and accounts.
2. Market Expansion & Relationship Building
Build trust with government, defense, and law enforcement buyers.
Develop enterprise accounts in banking, insurance, and telecom.
Leverage your existing network to unlock new opportunities.
3. Sales Operations & Process
Improve pipeline management, reporting, and forecasting.
Introduce best practices to shorten long enterprise/government cycles.
Work with the Solutions Engineer for smooth handover from trial to delivery.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Marketing on messaging and collateral.
- Feed customer insights back to Product for roadmap alignment.
Collaborate with founders to refine pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy.
5. Industry Presence
- Represent the company at conferences, events, and client sites (occasional travel required).
Be a credible voice in the deepfake detection and AI security space.

We Need You, If You Have:
- 5 to 7 years of B2B sales experience, closing 50K+ deals in government /defense / enterprise tech.
- Experience in cybersecurity, identity verification, or AI/forensics is a strong plus.
- A strong network in EU government, intelligence, or law enforcement (must-have).
- Multilingual skills (English + French/Arabic strongly preferred).
- Fearless, entrepreneurial DNA: proactive, resilient, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Preference for candidates already in the Netherlands, or willing to relocate within 12 months (relocation costs and visas covered).
- Remote-first flexibility with travel to Amsterdam for team activities.

Compensation:
We tailor offers within the 50k to 90K EUR base range based on each candidates experience, expertise, and location (including factors such as travel requirements, contract type, and employment setup). Our goal is to ensure fairness, consistency, and alignment with market standards.
