Job Title: Retail Management Trainee
Reporting Line: Sales & Operations Manager

Role Overview:

The Retail Management Trainee (MT) will participate in necessary training programs that are designed to equip the role with the proficiency and expertise of a manager. The incumbent will get up close and personal with our business and various support units, gaining experience and insight in both the business and industry in the form of hands-on experiential learning and rotation.

The role is designed to give candidates an accelerated, all-encompassing career, thus granting future access to a specialization in any track within the company; To provide experienced mentors for guidance & training; For limitless learning and development opportunities and to provide fast-track career advancement in the company

Upon the successful completion of the Management Trainee Program, the MT will be granted a junior manager role within the operations department. E.g., Assistant Branch Manager or Sales & Operations Role.

Leadership

  • Leading the activities and performance of the branch
  • Lead team briefings to ready team for the operations
  • Plan and initiate team-building activities to foster a strong sense of culture.
  • Coaching and mentorship.
  • Recognizing employee achievements and encouraging excellence in the work environment

Sales and Business

  • Ensure the success of business results and sales budget by supporting all business plans.
  • Monitor and ensure ratings for Client Satisfaction Score and Net Promoter Score (NPS) meets KPI.
  • Sales coaching on Porcelain selling methods and tools while adhering to a no-hard selling policy.
  • Support the execution of all marketing and tactical promotion mechanics
  • Support and coordinate with marketing on lead generation.
  • Manage customer's package plans by working closely with Client Relations and the Customer Success team
  • Resolve, track, and monitor customer feedback and complains
  • Maintaining the store standard through monthly store audits, identifying, and solving areas of improvement.
  • Interacting with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback

Operations and Reporting

  • Lead and was responsible for store audit and inventory checks
  • Rosters planning, leave, and absentee tracking
  • Prepare all reports including Sales, Performance, Inventory, etc
  • Tracking of therapist's monthly target and developing the sales team through motivation, counseling, and meeting the standard of Porcelain Treatments and Product knowledge
  • Coordinate training when there are new product and treatment offerings

  • Digitally proficient and MS Office Applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of initiative and service orientation
  • Team player with a positive attitude and pleasant disposition
  • Leadership experience (Student leaders/Project Leaders/CCA Involvement etc.)
  • Willingness to hustle and work retail hours
  • Service-oriented and strong service leadership
