Job Title: Beauty Advisor / Front of House

Reporting Line: Branch Manager

Role Overview:

A Beauty Advisor's role is to initiate and nurture steady relationships with all customers. An effective Beauty Advisor Executive should maintain contact with clients, and work to understand and advise them on which of Porcelain's products or treatment services could best support their needs at the same time ensuring alignment with Porcelain's philosophy and objectives.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Performing basic front-of-house duties such as attending to customers, answering email, phone or appointment booking inquiries in a professional manner
  • Handle all clients requests promptly and resolved customer's inquiries professionally
  • Delivering luxury and premium service in store
  • Record and update all communication with clients in the CRM
  • Deliver sales, customer service, and skincare recommendations to educate customers on Porcelains Products & Services
  • Build rapport and establish good relationships with clients to ensure customer retention & loyalty
  • Promote & up-sell without hard-selling in a genuine and sincere manner
  • Investigating and solving customers problems
  • Communicate and work closely with the team (therapists, managers) to ensure maximum client satisfaction
  • Manage POS, payment terminals, and day-to-day store opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensuring inventory accuracy
  • Maintain Outlets Tidiness and Cleanliness
  • Attend all training
  • Ensure after-sales follow up is done

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma
  • At least 1 year of experience in related field/industry
  • Proficient in English (both written/spoken)
  • Well-groomed and presentable
  • Proficient in MS Office Application (Word and basic Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to go the extra mile
  • Willingness to do sales
