Role Overview:

As a Beauty Consultant, your primary goal is to drive sales and deliver top-quality customer service. You'll seek out sales opportunities, work towards meeting sales targets, and provide an outstanding customer experience, while adhering to Porcelains' standards and protocols.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Sales Focus:

  • Find Sales Opportunities: Identify chances to sell by understanding customer needs and suggesting the right products and services.
  • Hit Sales Goals: Work to hit your sales targets using sales techniques and upselling.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with therapists and other team members to reach sales targets and provide a smooth customer experience.
  • Boost Revenue: Engage with clients to help meet your sales goals and increase revenue.
  • Handle Responses Quickly: Handle client requests and solve problems fast to keep them happy.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Keep track of client interactions and follow up using the CRM system.
  • Manage Store Tasks: Manage sales systems, payment machines, and daily store tasks, including opening and closing.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build Relationships: Develop strong connections with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
  • Deliver Outstanding Service: Provide exceptional in-store service that meets and exceeds Porcelains customer journey standards and protocols.
  • Adhere to Protocols: Ensure that every customer interaction follows Porcelains guidelines to deliver a consistent and high-quality experience.
  • Solve Problems: Address and resolve customer issues to maintain their trust.
  • Follow Up: Check in with clients after their visits to ensure satisfaction and find new sales opportunities.

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Manage Inventory: Keep track of inventory levels and manage stock to support sales.
  • Store Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. Ensure that product displays are well-stocked and attractively arranged.
  • Know the Products: Maintain a deep understanding of our product and treatments range, including the benefits and features of each item and treatment.
  • Attend Training: Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and sales techniques.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 1 year in a sales role in the beauty industry.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Appearance: Well-groomed and professional.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, basic Excel/PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM systems.
  • Sales Skills: Strong focus on sales with a proven track record of hitting and surpassing sales goals. Motivated to drive sales.
  • Communication: Great at engaging with clients and closing sales effectively.
