About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. You will be the visual storyteller for our brand, responsible for creating compelling assets across digital and print channels. Your primary focus will be on social media, email marketing, e-commerce, and campaign collateral. The ideal candidate is not only talented but alsointellectually curious and eager to learn new tools, platforms, and design trendsin a fast-paced environment.A strong bonus will be given to candidates with video editing skills, adding motion and dynamic content to our visual repertoire.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

1. Social Media & Digital Content:
* Design engaging, platform-optimized visuals for Instagram (Feed Posts, Stories, Reels), Telegram, and WhatsApp.
* Create and schedule visually appealing, tailored content for Xiaohongshu (XHS).
* Develop banners, marketing images, and bundle visuals for our e-commerce platforms to drive conversion.

2. Marketing Campaigns & EDM:
* Design individual Electronic Direct Mailers (EDMs) and adapt them for Telegram/WhatsApp formats.
* Create cohesive visual assets for integrated marketing campaigns.
* Ensure strict brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and customer journeys.

3. Brand & Print Collateral:
* Design digital menus for various initiatives (credit, new product launches, seasonal updates).
* Develop flyers, posters, and other promotional materials for both online and offline use.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing team.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in social media graphics, EDMs, and marketing collateral.
  • Required Proficiency:Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)and Canva.Experience withFigmais a plus.
  • Ability to leverageCanvafor efficient creation, templating, and team collaboration, while usingAdobe Suitefor complex, custom, and brand-critical design work.
  • Excellent understanding of platform-specific design requirements (Instagram, XHS, Telegram, WhatsApp, email clients).
  • A proactive and adaptable learner, keen to quickly master new software, processes, and emerging social media platforms.
  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
