JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible to ensure that resources are managed efficiently and effectively in order to optimise use of resources to achieve operational target.
- Assisting Operations Labour Management Department (OLM) in handling of general administrative works and other related matter.
- Develop, manage and update records/ filing system for the relevant documents.
- Manage and maintain Labor Management System (LMS) documentation including Terminal Equipment Operator (TEO) schedule roster and manpower deployment.
- Ensure sufficient supply of workforce as required by operations.
- Monitor and advise resource availability based on operational requirement.
- Update attendance system. Advise and inform shift supervisor on any pending submission of uncontrol leave (UCL) document.
- Monitor operators' attendance in INTAACS system for incoming shift.
- Notify scheduled working gangs regarding vessel arrival or any changes whenever required will be update in LMS and broadcasting through LMS.
- Responsible for the administration of leave and attendance system to ensuring all operators entitlement and records are updated accurately.
- Work closely with Training Department for staff allocation for any briefings, courses or training programs.
- Responsible to ensure the Company's assets are taken care and well maintained.
- Monitor supply and current stock of Radio/ handheld terminal (HHT)/ Tablet and ensure figure is aligning with daily gang's requirement.
- Ensure overtime data and records are updated accordingly.
- Draft final gangs report and daily attendance report and submit to shift supervisor for finalization following current system format.
- Monitor and revise deployment as and when required.
- Draft daily deployment report (Demand vs Actual) and submit to shift supervisor for finalization.
- Review and respond to e-mail/ correspondence in regard of late log-in and changes of equipment deployed and/ other related issues.
- Manage and advise to shift supervisor on any issues/requests from operators to ensure effective decisions during operations.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- SPM/ Diploma in Business Administration/ Human Resources/ related professional qualifications or its equivalent.
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office.
- Spoken and written in Bahasa and English.
- Resourceful and well organized.
- Possess good interpersonal skills and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Skill in analyzing information, data entry skills with attention to details.
- Confidentiality, thoroughness and general Math skills.
