Job Summary
The Senior Executive, Business Continuity & Enterprise Risk Management (RBM) supports the BC & ERM Section in coordinating and implementing enterprise risk management and business continuity management initiatives across the organisation. This role provides administrative, analytical, and coordination support to ensure effective risk monitoring, BCM readiness, timely reporting, and compliance with established policies, procedures, and governance requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Support the implementation and administration of the organisations Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, including policies, procedures, and ERM systems.

Coordinate with divisions and departments to facilitate risk management activities and ensure timely submission of quarterly risk reports through the ERM system.

Assist in the preparation, compilation, and drafting of quarterly ERM reports for submission to the Risk Management Committee, Audit Committee, and parent company.

Support Business Continuity Management (BCM) activities, including preparation, review, and annual updating of BCM documentation and Business Continuity Plans (BCPs).

Assist in planning and coordinating BCM exercises and initiatives to enhance organisational preparedness and awareness.

Ensure effective stakeholder engagement through timely consultation and communication with internal and external parties.

Support compliance with safety standards, internal procedures, and Information Security (IS) and IT policies, ensuring protection of organisational information and assets.
Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Risk Management or a related field; professional certifications (e.g. ERM, CBCI, DRI) are an advantage.

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in risk management, business continuity, or a related field; knowledge of port operations is an added advantage.

Strong analytical, assessment, and report-writing skills with the ability to evaluate internal controls.

Good understanding of organisational operations and risk management practices.

Able to work independently, manage deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure.

Computer literate with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu; additional language skills are an advantage.

Resourceful, well organised, self-motivated, and able to interact effectively at all levels.
