The Role:

As a Customer Success Representative, you will play a critical role in our team's success by serving as a liaison between our clients and the warehouse team. You can expect to participate in the coordination key of warehouse operations, including inputting client orders into our WMS, creating pick lists and order packets, closing out completed orders, and billing our clients. You will also work closely with our clients to resolve order and inventory issues.

This is a full-time hourly position that requires daily onsite presence at our office. The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00 / hour.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Process daily orders from clients and input appropriate data into our WMS
  • Generate pick lists and order packets for the warehouse team
  • Close out completed orders and bill shipments to the appropriate clients
  • Recognize and resolve documentation errors
  • Process over, short and damaged freight and related documentation for customer resolution

Skills Needed to be Successful as a CSR:

  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Hyper-attention to detail
  • Previous experience working in a WMS system is highly preferred
  • Previous experience working in logistics or supply chain is highly preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
