About the job Brand/Product Marketing Supervisor
Role Overview: We are looking for a strategic and highly organized Product Marketing Supervisor with a strong background in Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC).
You will be the brand’s strategic lead, responsible for crafting 360-degree marketing blueprints that ensure our brand message is consistent, impactful, and resonant across all consumer touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Brand Positioning & Strategic Planning: Lead the development of the brand’s core values and market positioning.
- Ensure a cohesive brand identity and visual language across all platforms.
- 360° IMC Campaigns: Design and execute integrated marketing communication plans for new product launches and seasonal campaigns, spanning Social Media, PR, E-commerce, Offline Events, and KOL/Influencer marketing.
- Content & Narrative Leadership: Own the brand "Voice".
- Translate technical product USPs into emotional stories, oversee the creation of all marketing copy and creative assets (stills/videos) to ensure they meet brand standards.
- Stakeholder & Agency Coordination: Seamlessly manage internal teams and external agencies to ensure high-quality execution and timely delivery of all marketing materials.
- Market Analysis & Monitoring: Stay ahead of beauty industry trends in Thailand and globally.
- Use consumer insights to refine brand strategy and campaign performance.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in Brand Marketing or a Creative/Marketing Agency.
- Industry Background: Beauty, Personal Care, or FMCG experience is highly preferred.
- IMC Expertise: Proven track record in planning and executing integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
- Languages: Full professional proficiency in English and Thai is mandatory. Chinese proficiency is a significant advantage.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional storytelling ability, a strong aesthetic eye, and "can-do" project management skills.
