About the job Artist Management

Role Purpose
Responsible for proposing, managing, and optimizing presenters (Influencers / KOLs / Brand Ambassadors / Key Faces) to maximize brand image impact and business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop presenter strategy aligned with brand positioning, product narrative and campaign objectives
  • Shortlist, evaluate, and negotiate presenter selection jointly with Brand/Marketing/PR teams
  • Manage end-to-end contracting (rate benchmarking, scope, deliverables, timelines, usage rights, exclusivity, penalties)
  • Create presenter briefing with clear product narrative, content direction, KPIs and do/dont rules
  • Manage presenter performance for on-ground & on-screen activities (Launches, Media Events, TVC, Photoshoots, Content Shoots, Live)
  • Work closely with agencies/production/PR partners to ensure output quality and brand tone alignment
  • Monitor performance data (content performance, social sentiment, PR value, conversion signals) and propose optimization recommendations
  • Plan annual presenter strategy, renewal strategy and replacement strategy when needed
  • Manage presenter risk/crisis when incidents occur
  • Maintain good relationship management and maintain the brands presenter/talent pool

Qualifications

  • Background in Marketing / Brand / PR / Entertainment / Communication experience more than 5 years
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, social culture and content trends
  • Strong negotiation skills, judgement on image direction and talent suitability
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Good English proficiency
