Core Positioning: Responsible for the planning, deployment, optimization, and management of omni-channel traffic for the official store platform, focusing on traffic acquisition efficiency and conversion results. Build an efficient traffic operation system to support business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage omni-channel traffic operations for the official store platform, taking ownership of sales and traffic targets. Develop traffic growth strategies covering Affiliate Marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising (Google/Facebook/TikTok/Line, etc.).
  • Regularly deliver traffic operation analysis reports, evaluate channel performance, identify traffic gaps and optimization opportunities, propose actionable improvement plans, and drive implementation to continuously enhance traffic operation efficiency.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, creative, and other teams to ensure traffic operations are aligned with product promotion, user experience, and customer service, thereby improving the traffic-to-conversion loop.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure the successful execution and goal achievement of new product launches, major promotions, and other key initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, E-commerce, International Trade, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce traffic operations. Proficient in using Google Analytics (GA), Google Search Console, platform backend tools, and third-party data analysis tools. Capable of establishing a traffic data analysis system to track core metrics such as omni-channel traffic, conversion, retention, and repurchase.
  • Demonstrated experience in comprehensive omni-channel traffic operations (Affiliate + SEO + Paid Ads), with the ability to independently build a traffic system and achieve business targets preferred.
  • Proficient in English reading and writing, with the ability to navigate English platform backends, analyze data reports, and understand overseas media and affiliate partnership documents. Basic English communication skills required (for coordination with headquarters and vendors).
  • Strong communication, coordination, execution, and stress management skills. Capable of independently managing projects and driving tasks to completion efficiently.
  • Experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact or Awin is a plus. Experience in a 4A advertising agency or large e-commerce company in traffic operations is preferred.
