About the job Sale Support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, organize, and verify data from various sources such as sales reports, inventory records, and operation logs.
  • Maintain and update Excel databases and reporting files accurately.
  • Analyze data trends and prepare summary reports to support management decision-making.
  • Assist in monitoring and tracking sales figures, stock movement, and mobile unit performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Inventory, Operations) to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support in preparing dashboards or charts for weekly and monthly performance reviews.
  • Perform other administrative duties related to data and report preparation as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Information Management, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, data cleaning, and basic formulas).
  • Good numerical and analytical thinking skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and team-player attitude.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Chinese Speaking ability will added advantage.
