About the job Sale Support
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and verify data from various sources such as sales reports, inventory records, and operation logs.
- Maintain and update Excel databases and reporting files accurately.
- Analyze data trends and prepare summary reports to support management decision-making.
- Assist in monitoring and tracking sales figures, stock movement, and mobile unit performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Inventory, Operations) to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
- Support in preparing dashboards or charts for weekly and monthly performance reviews.
- Perform other administrative duties related to data and report preparation as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Information Management, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, data cleaning, and basic formulas).
- Good numerical and analytical thinking skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills and team-player attitude.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Chinese Speaking ability will added advantage.
