Job Description

* Digital Media Planning

  • Responsible for marketing campaigns of multiple brands covering Oral Care/Home Appliance/Beauty Electronics categories.
  • As strategy planner and budget owner in the charge of online marketing campaigns to maximize online sales.
  • Execute and operate online advertisements (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant media) in order to achieve campaign goals.
  • Develop and implement digital media strategies, target audience plans and budget allocations
  • Monitor ad delivery and recommend campaign optimization options to ensure successful campaign delivery.
  • Analyze, interpret campaign reporting.

* Strategy & Briefing:

  • Develop and implement TikTok influencer marketing strategies to amplify product visibility and brand messaging.
  • Create clear and actionable campaign briefs for KOLs based on marketing goals and product USPs.
  • Work closely with product and brand teams to align messaging across all TikTok initiatives.

* Influencer Collaboration:

  • Identify, evaluate, and recruit TikTok creators that align with brand values and target audience.
  • Negotiate content and campaign terms with KOLs and their management teams.
  • Manage day-to-day communications and relationships with influencers and partners.

* Livestream Coordination:

  • Source and coordinate with TikTok KOLs for branded livestream sessions.
  • Oversee pre-live planning, script development, and promotional build-up.
  • Monitor livestream performance and provide actionable insights for future improvements.

* Campaign Management:

  • Complete the task assigned by the superior.
  • Track content delivery timelines and ensure campaign execution meets agreed KPIs.
  • Analyze performance data and compile reports on influencer and livestream outcomes.
  • Continuously optimize influencer strategies based on data and market trends.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, content operations, or digital campaign management, ideally in the TikTok or short-video space.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok platform culture, content formats, and creator ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience managing external partners or creators.
  • Fluent in English with the ability to write clear marketing briefs and communicate professionally.
  • Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and strong organizational skills.
  • Passionate about digital content, pop culture, and emerging online trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

*Digital Biddable Specialist & Digital Media Buyer or similar roles with minimum 2 years experience

* Previous experience in e-commerce, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
