Job Description

* Content Strategy & Ideation:

  • Plan a weekly/monthly content calendar that aligns with marketing campaign.
  • In charge of Video storyline composing and creativity.
  • Perform social listening to track trends, trending sounds, and popular hashtags to adapt to brand in a timely manner.
  • Design the "hook" (the first 3 seconds) of video to grab viewers' attention and structure content to keep them engaged until the end.
  • Conduct keyword research (TikTok SEO) to make your videos easier to find in searches.

* Video Production & Editing:

  • Shoot videos using a smartphone or high-quality camera.
  • Edit videos using applications (such as CapCut, InShot) or professional software, adding transitions, text overlays, and engaging effects.
  • Ensure the overall quality of the work is high-definition (e.g., 4K or 8K UHD) to enhance the brand image.
  • Work closely with product and brand teams to align messaging across all TikTok initiatives.

* On-Camera Acting & Voice-over & Dubbing:

  • Be the main character in the video clip (sometimes), possessing a good personality, confidence, and the ability to captivate viewers.
  • Able to adapt your acting style to suit different types of content, such as comedy, seriousness, or seamless product reviews.
  • Have natural on-camera speaking skills that don't sound like reading a script.
  • Provide clear, engaging voice-over skills for videos, with good pacing and storytelling rhythm.
  • Ability to convey a wide range of emotions through tone (e.g., excitement, warmth, or playfulness) to add depth to content.
  • Skilled in recording and lip-syncing the voiceover to match the visuals.

* Community Management:

  • Write an engaging caption and include appropriate hashtags.
  • Respond to comments and interact with your followers to build a strong community.

* Analytics & Optimization:

  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports for supervisor.
  • Analyze the data to improve the content in the next video.

* Others:

  • Complete the task assigned by the superior.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in any background.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok platform culture, content formats.
  • 2 years of experience in video creative is highly preferred
  • Candidate has a passion for creating video content with a focus on engagement and growth for a company on the platform.
  • Has creative ideas, understands platform trends, has great video editing skills and a positive attitude
  • Knowledgeable about the latest Online trends and enjoy creating and experimenting with them in the app in unique and unexpected ways
  • Able to be adjusted instantly based on backend analytics (e.g., if viewers stop watching at the 5-second mark, be proactive in changing how the clip is started).

Preferred Qualifications:

*Good command of English or Chinese is Plus.
