Retail Construction Specialist (Chinese Speaking)

Job Description:

The Point of Sale material assistant is responsible for developing and producing the temporary Point of sale material. This role reports to the Communication team leader and to the Sales Business Development Manager for the day to day work

Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and development of Point of Sale Materials (POSM) and promotional displays.

- Collaborate with Assistant Brand Managers to gather briefs and requirements for each campaign cycle (monthly).

- Propose effective POSM concepts tailored to each product initiative to ensure timely market support.

- Manage and oversee production processes of POSM with both local and overseas suppliers.

- Provide input into temporary POSM strategies and support the creation of budget plans.

- Monitor and track POSM/POP performance by store, gather feedback, and recommend improvements.

- Summarize and analyze campaign performance data to support future strategy planning.

- Support other assignments as needed.

Qualifications:

- Male or Female, aged 2235 years.

- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communication Arts, Business).

- Proven experience in POSM, retail display, or visual merchandising.

- Strong coordination and project management skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Good command of Chinese (speaking, reading, and writing).

- Detail-oriented, proactive, and enthusiastic with a strategic mindset.
