Account Executive (E-Commerce)
- Responsible for official store operations and management, including product creations, pictures upload, description editing, shop decoration. Promotion and campaign plans.
- Responsible for communication with key accounts to do promotion according to company policy.
- Responsible for online channels data statistics and analysis.
- Coordinate with both internal and external resources to increase sales performance.
- Responsible for communication with online platforms to request for visibilities and support to increase brand awareness and sales performance.
- Responsible for online channels stock management and allocation.
- Stay up to date on EL category trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Responsible for other assignments.
- Bachelors degree or above, English or Chinese proficiency
- A fast learner and executor with accountability and passions, accountable and proactive, team working and self-drive, capable of working under high pressures.
- Responsible for regular always-on and mega campaigns as well as brand new product launches.
- 1-3 year of experience in e-commerce and platforms brand key account management.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools, such as Lazada, Shopee and other analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient at EXCEL and PowerPoint
