ADS SPECIALIST
About the job ADS SPECIALIST
We are seeking a highly analytical and performance-driven Ads Optimizer Specialist to manage, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.). The ideal candidate will be skilled in campaign optimization, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies to maximize efficiency.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation for effective targeting.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure ad messaging aligns with brand goals.
- Generate campaign performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, and digital marketing trends.
- Manage budgets effectively to ensure campaigns meet KPIs within allocated spend.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (2-4 years) managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
- Excellent data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong copywriting and ad creative evaluation abilities.
- Detail-oriented, results-driven, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, etc.) are a plus.
