About the job Construction Officer (Chinese Speaking)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for communication and coordination with Chinese managers, suppliers from Chinese factories, and partners in the APAC region (both spoken and written).
  • Oversee and control the installation of various promotional materials for different channels, such as SIS (Shop-in-Shop) light box installations and promotional table setups.
  • Work closely with other relevant departments, including various sales channels, the area department, and the warehouse department, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Quickly and effectively identify and resolve on-site issues to ensure installation and project progress without disruption.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, fresh graduated are welcome.
  • Proficient in Chinese (HSK 5 or above), both spoken and written.
  • Experience in installation or project coordination is a plus.
  • Excellent on-site problem-solving skills.
  • Highly responsible, able to work well under pressure, and manage time effectively.
  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork abilities.
