Construction Officer (Chinese Speaking)
About the job Construction Officer (Chinese Speaking)
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for communication and coordination with Chinese managers, suppliers from Chinese factories, and partners in the APAC region (both spoken and written).
- Oversee and control the installation of various promotional materials for different channels, such as SIS (Shop-in-Shop) light box installations and promotional table setups.
- Work closely with other relevant departments, including various sales channels, the area department, and the warehouse department, to ensure smooth operations.
- Quickly and effectively identify and resolve on-site issues to ensure installation and project progress without disruption.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, fresh graduated are welcome.
- Proficient in Chinese (HSK 5 or above), both spoken and written.
- Experience in installation or project coordination is a plus.
- Excellent on-site problem-solving skills.
- Highly responsible, able to work well under pressure, and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork abilities.
