Job Description:
We are looking for a Market Insight Specialist to join our team to support our brand's market insights and user research efforts. This position requires conducting data analysis, understanding market trends, and deeply exploring user needs, with proficiency in Thai. The role will report directly to the GTM Director.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Analysis: o Conduct market research to collect and analyze market data, understand industry dynamics, competitor situations, and market trends. Write market analysis reports to provide business-side conclusions and suggestions for market development.
2. User Research: Design and execute user research projects, collect user feedback, and analyze user behavior and needs. Conduct in-depth interviews with users to obtain primary information and provide a basis for product and marketing strategies.
3. Data Analysis: o Use data analysis tools to process and analyze various market and user data, follow up on product sales and inventory management, and provide suggestions. Create data visualization reports to support project management decisions, help identify problems, and find solutions.
4. Report Writing: Write regular market insight reports to present market research findings and user research results. Provide improvement suggestions and action plans based on research data.
5. Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (such as product, marketing, and sales teams) to ensure market insights meet departmental needs and localize materials and training for products. Maintain good communication with external partners and research institutions to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information acquisition
Requirements:
1.Bachelors degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
2.At least 2 years of experience in market research or data analysis.
3.Proficiency in using Excel and PowerPoint.
4.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai, with the ability to communicate internally in English or Chinese.
5.Strong analytical skills and logical thinking, capable of independently completing market analysis and user research.
6.Good team collaboration spirit and project management skills
