Finance Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

1. Collect and analyze financial and operational data from the companys e-commerce platforms and generate regular reports.
2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and conduct multi-dimensional financial performance analysis.
3. Perform profit and cost accounting based on backend data from e-commerce platforms.
4. Manage and monitor cost control, logistics expenses, system settlements and withdrawals, platform refunds, fund transfers, and promotional spending. Ensure accurate accounting and monthly reconciliations.
5. Review procurement and daily reimbursement documentation to support financial process control.
6. Participate in overall financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
7. Assist in optimizing financial policies and procedures, and help draft operational guidelines and documentation.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field from an accredited university; must hold at least a Junior Accountant certification.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar finance role within the e-commerce industry. Experience with Shopee platform finance is a plus.
3. Strong understanding of e-commerce settlement processes, reconciliation, invoicing, and foreign exchange handling.
4. Excellent data analysis skills, with the ability to work with large datasets, generate financial insights, and present meaningful reports.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial/data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, or similar is a plus).
6. Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
7. Proficient in Thai or English as a working language; willing to travel or relocate for overseas assignments.
