About the job Hybrid Media Planner
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, present, and execute integrated media and campaigns across multiple channels, leveraging data analysis and creative thinking.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand business objectives, translating them into actionable media channel strategies.
- Brief graphic designers clearly for the creation of engaging OOH (Out Of Home) and online media assets.
- Manage digital campaigns across Search Engine Marketing, social media, programmatic buying, and other tracking tools.
- Measure and report campaign performance, providing insightful conclusions and suggesting optimizations to enhance future results.
- Proceed with day-to-day operations to ensure the campaign's results achieve the set goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in advertising, Mass Communication, Marketing or in a related field
- A freshman direct experience in Offline and Online Media Planning, Advertising, Marketing or related field is a plus
- Possess a strong strategic thinking skill as well as creative mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects and challenges under pressure
- Fluent in speaking, reading and writing in English
- Full of passion, confidence, and highly productive in completing tasks efficiently and effectively.
