About the job Hybrid Media Planner

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, develop, present, and execute integrated media and campaigns across multiple channels, leveraging data analysis and creative thinking.
  2. Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand business objectives, translating them into actionable media channel strategies.
  3. Brief graphic designers clearly for the creation of engaging OOH (Out Of Home) and online media assets.
  4. Manage digital campaigns across Search Engine Marketing, social media, programmatic buying, and other tracking tools.
  5. Measure and report campaign performance, providing insightful conclusions and suggesting optimizations to enhance future results.
  6. Proceed with day-to-day operations to ensure the campaign's results achieve the set goals.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors in advertising, Mass Communication, Marketing or in a related field
  2. A freshman direct experience in Offline and Online Media Planning, Advertising, Marketing or related field is a plus
  3. Possess a strong strategic thinking skill as well as creative mindset
  4. Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects and challenges under pressure
  5. Fluent in speaking, reading and writing in English
  6. Full of passion, confidence, and highly productive in completing tasks efficiently and effectively.
