Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (PO) and related administrative documents
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on purchasing and logistics matters
  • Maintain records, documents, and basic reports
  • Support daily administrative and logistics operations

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in any field (Logistics / Supply Chain / Business Administration is a plus)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Experience in PO or admin work is an advantage
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn
