Job Responsibilities:
Trend-driven Content Strategy (Social-first)
-Rapidly identify and interpret trends on platforms (TikTok, IG, etc.)
-Translate trends into scalable, brand-relevant content frameworks and campaign ideas
User Insight & Planning
-Understand target audience and turn insights into effective content strategies
-Balance emotional storytelling with product communication.
Product Launch & Campaigns
- Lead social content strategy for new product launches
- Plan and execute social campaigns, ensuring strong impact and consistency Performance & Optimization
Platform Growth & Team Management
- Explore new platforms and define content positioning
- Manage internal team and agencies, ensuring content quality
Requirements:
- 5–7 years in social/content marketing (FMCG, Telco, Tech preferred)
- Experience managing brand social accounts and large-scale campaigns (10–20M THB at least)
- Strong in user insight, content strategy, and platform understanding Data-driven, execution-focused, and trend-sensitive, use to manage campaign and track performance
- Optimize content based on data and platform feedback
- English required; Mandarin and TikTok experience are a plus
