About the job After-Sales Supervisor

Job responsibilities

  • Manage daily after-sales operations for robot vacuum cleaners, vacuum cleaners, and related products.
  • Supervise and support the local after-sales team (around 4–5 members).
  • Support product troubleshooting and participate in maintenance when needed.
  • Handle customer complaints and coordinate repair progress with the team.
  • Manage spare parts forecasting, inventory planning, and stock control.
  • Maintain close communication with Chinese management team and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Improve after-sales workflow and service efficiency.

Language ability:

  • Fluent in Chinese (able to communicate with Chinese teams and proficient in Thai (able to manage local teams and clients).

Experience requirements:

  • More than 3 years of after-sales management experience, at least 1 year of experience as an after-sales supervisor for home appliances/electronic products.
  • Familiar with the maintenance principles and common fault handling of products such as sweepers, vacuum cleaners, and mops.
  • Have experience in managing customer service teams and be able to handle complex customer complaints.
  • Have practical experience in managing spare parts inventory.

Skills and qualities:

  • Good communication, stress resistance, and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess training capabilities and can teach maintenance and service skills to local teams.
