About the job Assistant (Translation - Chinese Speaking)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily communication between the after-sales department and the Chinese-Thai bilingual translator (including interpretation and translation), to ensure the accurate transmission of technical problems, customer feedback and other information.
  • Assist in handling customer complaints, tracking maintenance progress and translating after-sales documentation, and provide timely feedback to the Chinese technical team and Thai customers.
  • Connect with local customers in Thailand, answer after-sales inquiries through phone, Line, WeChat and other channels, and maintain a good Customer relationship.
  • Assist in translating product manuals, maintenance manuals, after-sales policies and other documents to ensure the accuracy and standardization of the documents.
  • Cooperate with the team to complete after-sales parts management, on-site support and other tasks assigned by superiors.


Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above, majors related to Thai language, international trade, machinery, etc. are preferred.
  • Language proficiency: Fluent in Chinese-Thai bilingual listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with strong translation skills, capable of both interpretation and translation.
  • Comprehensive quality: hard-working, able to adapt to fast-paced work and flexible arrangements (such as emergency after-sales response, short-term business trips, etc.).
  • Sense of responsibility and service awareness: Work meticulously, proactively follow up on customer issues, possess good stress resistance and teamwork spirit.
  • Skill bonus points: Those who are familiar with after-sales processes and have experience in manufacturing/trading companies are preferred; those who hold a driver's license and can drive proficiently are preferred.
