Key Responsibilities
- Rotate through multiple departments to build a strong understanding of end-to-end business operations.
- Support departmental projects, operational tasks, and business initiatives.
- Conduct market research, data analysis, and reporting to provide insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to enhance organizational performance.
- Take initiative in identifying improvement opportunities and driving innovation.
- Demonstrate leadership potential and readiness for greater responsibilities.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree or higher in any field.
- Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of working experience are encouraged to apply.
- Languages: Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English is mandatory for effective communication with local and regional teams.
- Skills: Strong logical thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
