Job Description

* Strategic Budget Planning & Allocation:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive marketing budgets across all channels to drive sales growth.
  • Ensuring alignment with brand sales targets and maximum ROI.
  • Plan a weekly/monthly content calendar that aligns with marketing campaign.
  • Collaborate with distributors, agencies, and internal teams (Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain).
  • Manage marketing budget and performance reporting.

* E-Commerce & Digital Cost Optimization:

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (Cost, ROAS) across platforms.
  • Reallocate budgets dynamically to maximize conversion rates and direct sales.
  • Analyze sales data, campaign ROI, and consumer insights to improve performance.
  • Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and display channels.
  • Optimize paid media performance (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok ADS etc.).

* KOL & Influencer Management:

  • Allocate a budget and determine the optimal proportion for utilizing influencers at each tier to maximize value.
  • Clearly define the campaign objectives (e.g., to build brand awareness, boost sales, or promote an event).
  • Identify KOLs whose image and presentation style align with the brand and products.
  • Develop comprehensive briefs detailing Key Messages and strict Do's & Don'ts.
  • Review and approve all content prior to publishing to maintain brand standards.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive, long-term relationships with KOLs, talent managers, and PR agencies to build a reliable network for ongoing and future collaborations.

* Brand Social Media Management:

  • Oversee and control all official brand social media channels (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, X) to maintain brand consistency.
  • Develop and execute engaging social media content strategies for product launches and seasonal campaigns.
  • Identify KOLs whose image and presentation style align with the brand and products.
  • Supervise the production of high-quality visual assets and localized copywriting for daily posts.

* Event & Offline Activation Management:

  • Oversee the end-to-end management of offline events and new product launches.
  • Integrate KOLs and celebrities into events to create real-time buzz.
  • Controlling venue and setup costs, and plan for material reuse.

* Performance Reporting:

  • Provide regular, data-driven executive reports detailing budget utilization, social media engagement, KOL campaign performance, and strategic recommendations for future investments.

* Others:

  • Lead, coach, and develop team members to enhance capability and performance.
  • Complete the task assigned by the senior management.


    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 4–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing and/or E-Commerce, preferably in Electronics.
    • Strong experience managing online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
    • Hands-on experience with performance marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
    • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
    • Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    * Able to be adjusted instantly based on backend analytics.
    *Good command of Chinese is Plus.
