Job Description

- Work closely with Accounting&finance operations and process optimization initiatives across AR, AP, payments, and expense claims to improve efficiency and reduce recurring operational issues.

- Review, update, and maintain end-to-end SOPs to ensure procedures are clear, practical, and aligned with business execution.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, IT, and Audit) on sales projects, campaigns, and promotion programs to review potential accounting and tax impacts before execution.

- Involve in cross-functional project implementation by providing Accounting&Finance guidance to identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and prevent repeat issues.

- Analyze operational issues and summarize root causes, risks, and improvement plans for reporting to management.

- Support standardization of finance workflows, templates, and control checkpoints to improve data accuracy and transparency.

- Cooperate with Internal Audit team to decide improvement procedures based on audit findings, ensure corrective actions are properly implemented

- Monitor compliance with finance procedures and internal controls, including exception handling, approval workflows, and supporting document requirements.

- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

- Age between 27–35 years.

- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or other related fields.

- Must have Big 4 or top-tier local audit firm experience.

- At least 4 years of experience in finance operations, process improvement, internal control, compliance, or audit-related functions.

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (Chinese language skills are an advantage).

- Strong understanding of end-to-end finance operations, including AR/AP processes, payment controls, and SOP implementation.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (ERP / finance system exposure is an advantage).

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and propose practical solutions.

- Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Detail-oriented with high ownership, able to follow up actions until fully closed.

- Able to work under pressure with patience and professionalism.
