About the job Livestream Operation

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute integrated live commerce strategies combining livestreams, short video content, and affiliate programs to maximize traffic, engagement, and GMV.
  2. Partner with brand clients to define sales and marketing objectives, ensuring alignment with platform algorithms and audience behavior.
  3. Manage end-to-end campaign execution — from ideation, scheduling, host coordination, and production to post-campaign performance analysis.
  4. Lead the planning and optimization of livestream calendars to capitalize on key events such as Double Digit Days, Payday Sales, and platform mega campaigns.
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Performance Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure cohesive storytelling, product readiness, and real-time fulfillment.
  6. Monitor campaign analytics (e.g., CTR, Enter Room Rate, GMV, conversion) and provide actionable insights to enhance future campaign outcomes.


Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in any major. Communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field is preferable
  2. 1-2 years direct field related experiences, e-commerce brands or companies is preferable.
  3. Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and their trends. Tiktok is preferable.
  4. Excellent in public speaking and presentation skills especially in front of the camera.
  5. Charming with self confidence and results oriented
  6. Ability to think strategically and creatively.
  7. Able to manage and solve immediate problems
